Assists in all program set-up by ensuring that program requirements are complete for the given lead time prior to launch. He/she is also responsible in generating daily departmental reports, assists in program briefing and client monitoring. The PC will also be exposed to account management and will be the point person of the department especially for the US Sales in the absence of a Client Services Department Consultant. This entails but is not limited to coordinating and responding to client inquiries, client complaints, and program requirements.
