Research Manager/Director (Quantitative or Qualitative)

Qualification:

• Assist Managing Director to set and achieve stretching budgets for sales and revenue.

• Managers & Directors of clients for sales purposes, project briefing and debriefing, cost negotiations.
• University degree
• At least 9-10 years research experience
• Substantial & proven knowledge of research methodologies and techniques

SAP HR Senior Consultant

Qualification:

Team Function: Consultant is responsible for complete resolution of inquiries and/or cases received via all incoming channels including: phone, fax, emails, ESS, MSS, etc. Provides delivery of quality outsourced services, by processing service requests, performing system transactions and researching and responding to basic and/or complex situations.

HR Process Areas: Payroll; Health & Welfare Benefits Administration, Organizational Management, Retiree Administration, Inpat/Expat Support and general HR Administration.


Duties (include but are not limited to)

 Responsible for overall management and support of client including, hiring, training, mentoring, performance management/coaching, discipline, compensation, etc.
 Monitors team staffing and scheduling to ensure the team has the appropriate level of expertise at all times. Controls overtime expenses against budget.
 Maintains and reports statistics related to performance objectives and develops and implements strategic plan to meet requirements.
 Implements and manages team processes and initiatives in order to satisfy client service level agreements.
 Continually evaluates and improves work processes to achieve performance goals.
 Responsible for managing data quality assurance and call service quality by reporting of statistics, analyzing error reports, monitoring back-log queues, volume, aging service requests, and adjusting schedules accordingly. Performs root-cause analysis and implements action plan.
 Monitors calls and ensures standardization and follow-up of call protocols.
 Manages and resolves issue log with customer.
 Researches trends and gathers customer service benchmarking. Sets and implements standards.
 Identifies training needs of dedicated to the client.
 Resolves escalated client service issues.
 Builds strong, effective partnership with client Account Manager in order to develop detailed client knowledge and provide high quality service.
 Develop strong relationship with peers in offshore facility. Work jointly to ensure standardization and consistency.
 Lead or support special or on-going client projects
 Provide effective communication to client HR Business Representatives

Education/Experience`

 Minimum BA/BS or 4-year degree or equivalent experience (required)
 Specialization or certificate (preferred)
 Minimum of 6 years experience in a HR Administration or outsourcing environment, where primary responsibilities were focused on two or more specific process areas and at least two of the years in a management capacity
 At least 2 full life cycle implementation projects
 Experience with client management and resolving escalated employee or client issues
 Expert level experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
 Experience with HRIS databases (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP and/or Oracle)
 Experience in SAP HR for at least 5 years a must.
 Working knowledge of HR laws and practices, including retirement and 401(k) plans
 Leadership and team building skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate junior and senior level employees.
 Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Ensure peak performance and compliance to safety and quality standards of Training Department by staffing them with competent, professional and high performance employees.
